Supplier Requirements:
– Offer high quality products at fair and reasonable prices.
– Implement strict and consistent quality control procedures, without leniency.
– Maintain clean and hygenic work environments, free of health hazards and contamination risks.
– Be able to promptly provide all necessary documentation and certification required by each relevant government institution and port authority involved in each agreed upon export procedure.
Supplier Responsibilities:
– Process all client payments cautiously and carefully, using only the most safe and secure payment channels.
– Manufacture and deliver all products punctually and accurately(in accordance with each individual clients agreed upon timeline).
– Willfully comply with all applicable rules and regulations mandated by each procedurally relevant goverment institution.
– Carefully abide by all agreed upon contractual obligations accepted by both parties(buyer&seller).
Supplier Conduct:
– Display honorable ethics and virtues (following moral principles and values) by incorporating honesty, fairness, respect, and accountability into standard everyday export procedures.
– Demonstrate a sincere dedication to the pursuit of excellence and show a willingness to put in the extra effort necessary for staying ahead of the competition.
– Uphold a respectable work-ethic throughout the organization, placing high-value on the the important of diligance, persistance, and commitiment .
– Demonstrating the adaptability and progressiveness necessary for making continual improvememts and enhancements to both products and processes.
– Exhibit the ability to aknowlege inaddequacies and flaws with an openmind.
Supplier Communication:
– Maintain consistent inclusion of AQT thoughout each stage of communication and negotiation between relevant supplier and buyer representatives.
– Communicate proactively and attentively with punctuality(as much as practically feasible).
– Uphold a high standard of customer service, offering professional and knowlegable feedback to effectively addresses problems and implement solutions.
